Features
This procurement will consist of 5 Stages. Stage 1 - Invitation to Participate (ITP) which includes a procurement specific questionnaire (PSQ). Bidders who are successfully shortlisted in Stage 1 will be invited to participate in Stage 2. Stage 2 - Invitation to Tender. Stage 3 - Best and Final Offers Stage 4 - Preferred Bidder Stage. Stage 5 - Contract Award CHILTERN reserve the right to refine the award criteria and/or weightings under section 24 Procurement Act 2023.
