Description
Suppliers are invited to apply for appointment to the Framework through a competitive tendering procedure. As part of this process, the Authority will simultaneously award an initial call-off contract to the highest scoring bidder, based on the evaluation criteria set out. Following the initial call-off, subsequent call-off contracts will be awarded via mini competitions among appointed suppliers. These mini competitions will be conducted in accordance with Section 46 of the Act and will be evaluated using a combination of cost and quality, with specific criteria and weightings defined at the time of each competition.
