The Authority shall shortly be conducting an RFI exercise to obtain feedback on the draft requirements and commercial approach for a new Ticketing Solution and/or Service. An RFI questionnaire is intended to be launched in mid-March (w/c 16th March), and will invite feedback on the following: 1. Booking, Ticketing and Visitor Experience 2. Event and Lifecycle Management 3. Payments and Financial Integrations 4. Managing Visitor Relationships 5. Data Analytics and Reporting Whilst this RFI is not due to be launched until mid-March, the Authority is inviting early expressions of interest to receive the RFI. The deadline for registration is 17:00 on Monday 30th March.
