Procedure

Features
The Competitive Flexible Procedure (CFP) will comprise two stages. Stage 1, “Participation & Tender,” combines the Procurement Specific Questionnaire (PSQ) with the price and design evaluation set out in the associated tender documents. The tender assessment will then consist of both price and design assessment at Stage 1, for up to 70% weighting. From Stage 1, the five highest‑scoring suppliers will be down‑selected to participate in the Stage 2 interview, during which the remaining 30% of the overall score will be assessed through a set of interview questions. The three (3) suppliers achieving the highest combined scores across both stages will be awarded a place on the Interior Design Framework.

All Services under this Framework shall be commissioned as and when required by Great Places through the issue of a Project Order Form in accordance with the relevant Call‑Off Contract. Each Project Order Form shall constitute a binding instruction under the Call‑Off Contract and shall set out the specific scope of Services, pricing, programme and any project‑specific requirements. No Services shall be provided unless and until a Project Order Form has been issued by Great Places in accordance with the Framework Agreement and the Call‑Off Contract.
