Amendments

Description
Value modification brought about by the incorporation of additional services relating to management of consents and phase 4 skills advisory.
Rationale
Need for additional works, services or supplies by the original contractor/concessionaire: The modifications relate to services that are highly integrated with both the wider LTC programme and the incumbent contractor's existing knowledge, systems, processes and delivery activities. Re-procuring these services would have required significant mobilisation and knowledge transfer activities, resulting in duplication of costs, programme inefficiencies and a material risk to continuity of project delivery during a critical period. This modification is made in compliance with Regulation 72 (1) (b) of PCR2015 – additional services have become necessary. No change is made to the duration of the contract.
