Renewal

Description
The contract will be awarded for an initial period of two (2) years commencing on 16 November 2026 and ending on 15 November 2028. The Authority reserves the right to extend the contract for up to two (2) additional periods of one (1) year each, subject to satisfactory contractor performance, continued service requirements, availability of funding and approval in accordance with the Authority’s governance arrangements. Extension breakdown: Initial term: 16 November 2026 – 15 November 2028 (2 years) Extension Option 1: 16 November 2028 – 15 November 2029 (1 year) Extension Option 2: 16 November 2029 – 15 November 2030 (1 year) The maximum possible duration of the contract, including all extension options, is four (4) years. Any extension will be exercised at the sole discretion of Westminster City Council and in accordance with the contractual provisions.
