Description
The contract allows for extensions beyond the initial one-year term, with the possibility of being renewed annually for up to two additional one-year periods, subject to mutual agreement between NOC and the supplier. Each extension requires both parties to execute a new Client Task Order Form (TDA) and provide written confirmation of renewal within thirty days following the expiry of the preceding term. The total contract duration, including all extensions, cannot exceed three years. Extensions may be used where there is ongoing need for the services and both parties consent to continue, ensuring flexibility to accommodate evolving requirements over the contract period.
