- In accordance with Regulation 37 of the Procurement Act 2023, Clarion have taken the decision to terminate this Procurement process without Award. Following evaluation, none of the submitted tenders met Clarion's stated budget, which was a pre-condition of bidding, and this means Clarion cannot accept any of the Tendered bids without major alterations. Clarion will now review the current Specification and reassess their budget in light of current market conditions and inflation since the Tender was issued. Following this review, Clarion will determine the appropriate next steps, including the potential for re-procurement
