Need for additional works, services or supplies by the original contractor/concessionaire: Regulation 13 (1) (d)<br/><br/>The modification is made at the discretion of the relevant authority and the modification does not render the contract or framework agreement materially different in character and:<br/><br/>• The cumulative change in the lifetime value of the contract or framework agreement, compared to its value when it was entered into, is under 25%<br/><br/>It is recognised that historic data is not available due to predecessor organisations no longer in existence and pragmatic approach undertaken to determine contract modification thresholds adopting actual payments made in 2024/25, which calculates an estimated 12 month contract value as unable to predict actual payments due to patient demand led service.<br/><br/>There is need for this service to continue while a Competitive Process takes place (https://www.find-tender.service.gov.uk/Notice/032672-2025).
