Description
An agreed monitoring system of downtime by the Authority and Contractor should be implemented, indicating the number of downtime hours of the chiller units. In the event of unplanned downtime, the supplier should create downtime logs containing a root cause analysis for any failures or disruptions, as well as the steps taken by the supplier to resolve the issued and/or action taken to prevent it from happening again.
