Features
SNG is commencing a Competitive Flexible Procedure for communal, window and additional cleaning services across three lots. This Tender Notice is issued alongside the Procurement Specific Questionnaire (PSQ), launching Stage One – Conditions of Participation. Up to six suppliers per lot will be shortlisted. Shortlisted bidders will be invited to submit an Initial Tender (Stage Two). Following evaluation, SNG may either shortlist down to two bidders per lot for negotiation and Best and Final Offers, or, where Initial Tender submissions are sufficiently clear and competitive, SNG reserves the right to evaluate and award directly on the basis of the Initial Tenders without entering a negotiation stage. Final evaluation—whether from Initial Tenders or Best and Final Offers—will identify the Most Advantageous Tender, with one supplier appointed per lot subject to governance approval.
