LSHTM, and the MRC units The Gambia and Uganda (contracting authorities) are seeking to establish a framework agreement with multiple suppliers for the provision of logistic services. The Framework will be split in to 4 Lots. Deliverables are to be provided to UK and international locations, the contracting authority will specify the location at call off. The supplier shall be expected to collect or deliver from the contracting authority addresses, suppliers address, or any other location the contracting authority determines.

1. Participation Stage The criteria provided within the PSQ will be evaluated on a pass / fail basis with only those suppliers being assessed as passing all the criteria being asked to proceed to the Tender stage. 2. Tender Stage Suppliers who pass the participation stage will be invited to tender and required to submit a bid. 3.Further Assessment Only suppliers who have been invited to Tender Stage. Suppliers may be asked to provide a demo or presentation in addition to their tender response. The criteria will be decided nearer the time.
