This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) confirmation of contract award notice. This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 or Procurement Act 23 do not apply to this award. This contract has now been formally awarded using the competitive process. Standstill closed at midnight on the 19th November 2025, the Authority will progress with the award of the contract. Bidders were notified on the 6th November 2025. It is anticipated that the contract term will be 1st April 2026 to 30th September 2028 with the option to extend incrementally for a period of 2 + 2 years (subject to contract review and budget availability). The approximate value over the duration of the contract (including extensions) is £28,771,353.00. There were no reviews during the standstill period.
