- Updated 09/07/2026 In accordance with Section 55 of the Procurement Act 2023, Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust hereby confirms that it has decided not to award a contract under the above procurement and has terminated the procurement process. The decision was made on 08 July 2026 following a review of the procurement requirements. The review identified the need for further consideration and refinement of the quality requirements, evaluation criteria and associated specification documentation to ensure that the procurement accurately reflects the Trust's requirements and provides a clear and comprehensive basis for supplier bids. As a result, no contract will be awarded under the current procurement procedure.
