100% of Peer Reviewer consistency training sessions must be reviewed annually. Following the session, key findings will be cascaded to Peer Reviewers and Senior Peer Reviewers via a written follow up briefing. In addition, quarterly written consistency briefings must be issued to maintain ongoing engagement and awareness. These actions must be completed by the final day of each quarter, with performance measured over a 12 month period.
