- The MCA requires additional devices and an additional talk group for enhanced business continuity purposes. This is to increase quantities of the devices, airtime and PTT services competitively tendered. The requirement was unforeseen and is considered urgent. The value of the modification this notice relates to is £43,449 exc VAT. The contract had previously been modified by a total of £2,496 exc VAT but a notice was not required due to being below 10% of the published contract value (a 3% increase). Following this modification, the total value of the contract will be £131,644 exc VAT.
