Rationale
Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee: The contract was awarded to four suppliers – RSM, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Teneo and Deloitte. The call-off expiry date was not dated correctly. This variation is to rectify that. It will show that with the initial 12 month contract term being 25 January 2023 – 25 January 2024; if all three 12 month extensions were applied the call off expiry date would be 25 January 2027.
