Description
Cirencester Town Council has set weighted scoring criteria based on Project Design (50%), Environmental Considerations (30%), Timeline and Delivery (10%) and Presentation and Pricing Clarity (10%). These will be evaluated based on a scoring matrix (clearly laid out in the Tender document). The top 3 options will be presented to the Council's Land and Property Committee, who will vote on the final option, as recommended by Council Officers.
