Description
The framework permits both call-off with and call-off without competition as mechanisms for call-off. Call-off without competition can be based upon a taxi rank system or may take into consideration other factors such as connection to the relevant development site which will materially support the delivery of the relevant project. Pricing for call-off without competition will be based upon the pricing submitted at framework establishment stage and which is applicable to the relevant call-off contract. Call-off with competition can be conducted by reference to one or more of the framework establishment criteria.
