Increase Host Recruitment: Drive a targeted recruitment campaign to attract more hosts. 2. Strengthen the Current Model: Explore alternative providers and create a framework to encourage participation. 3. Optimise Placements: Maximise the number of hosts and move young people from costly provisions to supported lodgings, generating savings and ensuring local placements.
