- Cost and methodology details have been redacted as commercially sensitive under Section 43(2) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and Section 94(1)(b) of the Procurement Act 2023. Disclosure could prejudice the provider's commercial interests by revealing pricing structures, operational methodologies and/or intellectual property, giving competitors an unfair advantage or affecting future tenders. The public interest test concluded that the potential harm to the provider's legitimate commercial interests outweighs the benefits of disclosure. Signature blocks have been redacted under Section 99(1) of the Procurement Act 2023 and the UK GDPR because they contain personal data. Removing this information reduces risks such as identity fraud and unauthorised use of personal details. In line with ICO guidance, the public interest does not outweigh the need to protect individuals' privacy.Open source ↗
