Service will run from 1 Apr 2025 to 31 Mar 2030. Value of this modification is £790,000 to 31 Mar 2030 (£158k per annum) This modification is permissible in line with Section 13 - 2A and 2B (ii) of The Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023 and does not render the contract or framework agreement materially different in character. The cumulative change in the lifetime value of the contract or framework agreement since it was entered into or concluded is less than 25% of the lifetime value of the original contract or framework agreement when it was entered into.
