All carpets, furniture, fittings, and miscellaneous items supplied as requested shall meet the standards specified in the Specification and the Pricing Schedule. They must comply with the relevant European Standards, British Standards, or Codes of Practice issued by the appropriate Standards Authority. If no such standards exist, they should adhere to other recognized Codes of Practice in force at the time of delivery of the Finished Work.
