Description
The initial contract term will be a period of 5 years however, AWE will have the right to extend the initial term for a further period of 12 months subject to AWE providing written notice to the Supplier prior to expiry of the initial term.

Options

Description
The Contract will be to provide the core services as detailed in the description above, however, there are certain elements of the core service that will be priced on an as required basis, for example, including but not limited to specific first aid training courses. In addition to these elements the specification does identify specific activities for which AWE will request quotations on an as required basis, these are: Ill health early retirement Capability assessment and exercises Vaccinations Medical Support to construction enclave Asset Maintenance and Asset lifecycle plan Obsolescence Gym management and services
