Nottingham City Council (the 'Authority' or 'Employer') is seeking tenders from suitably experienced and qualified entities (the 'Tenderer') for inclusion on a framework for the supply of Aggregates and Asphalts for works within the boundaries of Nottingham City Council. The Framework will be for 4 years at the Authority's discretion. Subject to suitability, the Authority is seeking to appoint up to 3 Contractors on this Framework The overall framework will have an estimated total value of £2,400,000 (VAT inclusive)

The client has taken the decision to terminate this project as it became apparent to them during the process that the framework specification and criteria as published was not going to meet their requirements. However, they are looking to publish a new, updated project, CPU 8051, the week commencing 24th November. This framework will consist of 2 lots, ensuring it is more advantageous for NCC and will give the client more flexibility and scope.
