Description
Two extensions are available for this tender in the following format: 1st: 12 months extension 2nd: 12 months extension These total a potential 24 additional months and the authority retains the right to use these as deemed appropriate. The Council may at its sole discretion extend this Agreement beyond the Initial Term for up to a further two periods of one (1) year each (each period the "Extended Period") if both parties agree in writing to such an extension. The same terms and conditions as those contained within this Agreement shall apply to any Extended Period.
