Why this procedure was chosen
Various Contractor workstreams are covered by this Transparency Notice including: Void Works (not including gas works), Groundworks, Doors/Window Installations/Maintenance, Flooring Installations, Electrical Works and Roofing Repairs. Contract to cover recently expired contracts whilst Platform develops out the Contractors Strategy to cover the full Group, as defined within a recent published Pipeline Notice.
