ENGLISH: Option to Extend Contract: The initial contract to be agreed upon between Sport Wales and the Supplier will look to include an option to extend of an additional 4 years, which can be exercised within the remaining 3-months of the initial contract. The option to extend will be exercised at Sport Wales’ discretion based on satisfactory performance by the Supplier and will be fully agreed upon between Sport Wales and Supplier for extension. WELSH: Opsiwn i Ymestyn y Contract: Bydd y contract cychwynnol y cytunir arno rhwng Chwaraeon Cymru a'r Cyflenwr yn cynnwys opsiwn i ymestyn am 4 blynedd ychwanegol, y gellir ei roi ar waith yn ystod y 3 mis sy'n weddill o'r contract cychwynnol. Bydd yr opsiwn i ymestyn yn cael ei ymarfer yn unol â disgresiwn Chwaraeon Cymru yn seiliedig ar berfformiad boddhaol gan y Cyflenwr, a bydd yn cael ei gytuno'n llawn rhwng Chwaraeon Cymru a'r Cyflenwr ar gyfer estyniad.
