This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) modification notice. The proposed deliverables are: • Band 7 School Nurse provision within the Youth Justice Service (2 days per week) • 50 School Nurse-led health promotion sessions • School buy-back Public Health subsidy The total value of these additional deliverables over 2 years is £135k This contract was awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 or Procurement Act 2023 did and do not apply to this award. The contract was awarded on 13th June 2025 The total contract value of the contract over 5 years will now be (3 year contract with the option to extend for a further two years) is £21,682,744. The contract commenced on the 1st July 2025 and will expire on the 30th June 2028 - the extension period will then commence on the 1st July 2028 and expire on the 30th June 2030. There are no conflicts of interest identified
