This procurement will be broken down into 7 lots; - Cavity Wall Insulation - External Building Fabric Repairs - Fire and Remediation, including Communal Areas - Mechanical & Electrical (with some Specialist Design) - PV Installers - Replacement Windows and Doors - Roofing Works, incl roof access Hatches & AoVs The contract is for the London Borough of Sutton (LBS), managed by Sutton Housing Partnership on the London borough of Sutton's behalf. Sutton Housing Partnership is an ALMO that manages the Council's housing stock. Please note that this is not a tender notice and at this stage the tender documents are not available.
