Dear Supplier, Following an internal review with relevant stakeholders, we wish to reassess our requirements for Lot 1 and Lot 3 of the Framework. Accordingly, we have taken the decision to abandon the procurement of Lot 1 and Lot 3, and will not be making any award in respect of it pursuant to this procurement process. We will shortly be publishing a procurement termination notice on the Central Digital Platform to this effect. For the avoidance of doubt, our decision to abandon only relates to Lot 1 and Lot 3 of the Framework. We intend to proceed with the procurement and award of Lots 2 of the Framework as originally planned.
