Opportunity overview

YPO are looking for Suppliers to be appointed onto a Framework Agreement following a Competitive Tendering Procedure for the supply of Premium Pencils for use primarily in the education market and local authority sectors. This Framework is designed to meet the needs of YPO by establishing an agreement for Suppliers to deliver stock into YPO's distribution centre in Wakefield, West Yorkshire £6,000,000 Exc VAT and £7,500,000 Inc VAT

There was a pricing and specification document (Appendix 1) for a basket of good and in addition all tenderers submitted pricing for their full range of Premium pencils under scope. These prices are fixed for a period of 15 months from the contract commencement date. After this initial fixed price period any amendments to price must be agreed with YPO in writing at least 45 days in advance.
