This Framework is designed to meet the needs of YPO by establishing an agreement for Suppliers to deliver stock into YPO's distribution centre in Wakefield, West Yorkshire.

Description
A completed pricing appendix for a basket of good was required as part of suppliers submission and was evaluated using the CIPFA % difference model. This pricing is to be held for an initial period from 1st May 2026 (the commencement date of this contract) which varies depending on individual tender submission. After this initial period, any amendments to price must be agreed with YPO in writing at least 45 days before any proposal.
