No Engagement Notice Rationale
Conwy County Borough Council has not undertaken any preliminary engagement with market suppliers. However it has sought advice from other Local Authorities who have undertaken a similar procurement process recently. This provided officers with an enhanced understanding of the market, firmed up the tender requirements, award criteria and the procurement procedure. In addition, authority officers attended an Electric Vehicle conference in Bangor, Gwynedd held by Transport for Wales on 19th November 2024.
