Features
The first stage of the tender process will be for the consultancy team to provide a fully completed Tender submission with Supplier Selection Questionnaire (SSQ), Technical and Commercial elements as per the weighting criteria. Following the initial Stage 1 tender evaluation, only the successful 5 top scoring Consultants (as specified in 2.1) will be selected to attend the second stage of the evaluation/tender process.
