Prices are determined using the Schedules published as part of the tender documents - those rates will be used to build up scheme costs. Awards will be made based on first ranked on the framework, in the event first ranked are unable to deliver - second place will be afforded the opportunity. In addition, mini competitions will also be used throughout the term for more bespoke or larger call offs.
