- Following a legal challenge to this procurement, and in the light of allegations advanced in the course of that challenge, Velindre and CVUHB have decided to withdraw the award decision which was first notified to bidders by means of letters sent on 22 December 2025 and a Contract Award Notice published on 24 December 2025, and to abandon this procurement process. It is CVUHB’s current intention to carry out a new procurement for car park management services, and to make public announcements in relation to that new process shortly.
