Why this procedure was chosen
This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) contract modification notice, under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. This contract has now been formally modified. On the 19th November 2024 the Cheshire & Merseyside Finance, Investments and Resource Committee approved this decision and one committee member noted a Conflict of Interest which was managed through the organisation's Conflict of Interest process. For the avoidance of doubt, the original contract was placed on a zero value basis and the indicative annual spend has been stated within this Notice.
