Description
The contract is for a retained treasury management service. Day rates and hourly rates have been provided for additional work which may be required outside of the scope of the retainer. Such work may include refinancing of treasury provisions. Provisional costs for additional work have been included within the stated contract values.

Renewal

Description
The initial contract period will be for a period of 36-months commencing from 1st May 2025, with the option to extend for a further 2 x 12-months subject to agreement by all parties.
