The site measures approximately 13 ha (32 acres) has outline planning consent for 52,000sq m GEA approximately 560,000 sq ft. There are significant highway infrastructure works associated with the site delivery which the successful purchasers will be required to deliver. The estimated value and contract dates are subject to change based on preliminary market engagement feedback.
