Conditions of Participation Supplies on the Railway Industry Commodity Classification List (RICCL) codes C.B.1.1: Plain Line / Install and C.D.1.3: Steel Frame / Install as of 14 April 2025 will have been sent the Procurement Specific Questionnaire (PSQ). The Conditions of Participation in the PSQ are requirements an Applicant must meet to be considered for the contract. Applicants who wish to participate in the Conditions of Participation should complete a PSQ and upload onto RISQS. If Applicants experience any difficulties doing this, they should contact RISQS customer support team on: Email: Info@risqs.org Telephone: 08004101300 TfL Contact: Name: Victoria Carpenter Email: victoriacarpenter@tfl.gov.uk TfL intends to shortlist up to 5 Applicants to receive an Invitation to Tender based on the evaluation of the PSQ responses. The tender exercise will be conducted through TfL e-tendering portal SAP Ariba. Applicants must be registered in order to participate in the event.
