No Engagement Notice Rationale
The Contracting Authority has carried out preliminary market engagement in relation to the contracting opportunity. The preliminary market engagement was conducted prior to the commencement of the Procurement Act 2023 which is why a Preliminary Market Engagement Notice was not published. A face-to-face presentation including Question and Answer session was held 17 December 2024, with the opportunity advertised openly to suppliers on the e-tender system (ProContract). The presentation slides were also subsequently published openly on the e-tender system to allow suppliers not able to attend the session to access the same information and opportunity to raise questions. The slides from the market engagement presentation and responses to questions received are included in this tender pack for information.
