Description
The Buyer may extend the Contract for an additional period of one year by giving not less than 10 Working Days’ notice in writing to the Supplier prior to the Expiry Date (as may be modified by any extension). The Conditions of the Contract shall apply throughout any such extended period. The price for any extension to the Contract shall be substantially similar to the annual charges for the initial period subject to indexation. This extension will be processed through the department's appropriate modification process.
