Description
The proposed Contract will be for two (2) years with an option to extend for a period or periods totalling no more than a further one (1) year taking the contract term to a maximum of three (3) years. Any subsequent extension to the contract will be subject to satisfactory performance of the selected Supplier and budget availability.
