Rationale
Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee: The previous procurement procedure was cancelled due to significant changes in the Authority’s requirements. As a result, the existing contract has been extended for a period of fourteen (14) months to allow the Authority sufficient time to undertake a new procurement process incorporating all necessary changes that have been agreed with the service.
