Following the recommendation report from the Independent Patient Choice and Procurement Panel review, the Relevant Authority has made the decision to abandon and re-run the procurement exercise for this service. Mental Health Treatment Requirement Services for Lancashire and Cumbria. Following a procurement process that resulted in a non award of contract, the Relevant Authority has issued a contract via urgent direct award to the incumbent provider for a period of 12 months.
