Need for additional works, services or supplies by the original contractor/concessionaire: The contracting authority is enacting the extension clause allowable within the contract for 6months.<br/><br/>The Provider must be within the county boundaries of Sussex and Brighton & Hove<br/>The Provider must be able to be incorporated within the natural clinical flow of local community services<br/>The SPFT MDT must be able to access the patients as though they are in an SPFT bed<br/>The Provider must be able to offer all gender services on the same site.<br/>There are limited Providers in Sussex that fit the above, the only alternative has no capacity to step up in time to meet requirements
