The Properties are two storey ‘local authority’ type mid terrace/end terrace/semi-detached houses of masonry cavity construction dating from 1930s to 1950s covering M22 and M23 postcodes. External paint in situ is often multiple layers of non-compatible paint. This should be confirmed on survey and appropriate treatment agreed with client.
