Description
We are embarking on an exciting and important piece of work to co-design a new Outcome-Based Service Specification for Residential and Nursing Home care — and we want you to be part of it. The Director of Adult Social Care (Andrew Wolverson) has recorded a short video to invite providers to engage with us. The video can be viewed here. Following limited engagement at the first event we are reaching out to providers individually for 1:1 discussion with Managers / Owners / Responsible Officers to inform our approach ahead of bringing everyone together in some collaborative sessions. Details on themes for discussion are attached to this email.
