Opportunity overview

Short term community based service will be targeted at adults who have serious and/or enduring mental health needs to enable them to live and be supported within the community as opposed to acute healthcare settings. The support offered to Service users will be in line with the clusters 4-17 specifications. Support may be provided on a one to one or group basis and may include practical help, emotional support, advocacy, links to other agencies and a focus on connecting Service users to universal services there these are needed to sustain their independence.

Why this procedure was chosen
This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Procurement Act do not apply to this award. The publication of this notice marks the start of the standstill period. Representations by providers must be made to the relevant authority within 8 working days. This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR. Financial values are approximate and may be subject to non-material financial change.
